Who We Are

Online Worksheets For Kids is an educational website devoted to providing printable and digital learning materials for young learners. Our goal is to make learning engaging, safe, and easy for children, caregivers, and educators. We operate the Service, publish worksheets and learning resources, and provide account features for registered users.

Accounts, Registration and Eligibility

To use some parts of the Service you must register for an account. Accounts may be registered by parents, guardians, teachers, or adult users on behalf of children. By creating an account you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years old or that you have parental/guardian consent where required by local law. Guest, Registered and Premium Accounts

We currently offer three types of access: guest users, registered (logged-in) users, and premium subscribers. Guest users may browse the site and download up to five (5) worksheets per day. Registered, logged-in users may download unlimited worksheets subject to our Acceptable Use rules. Premium subscribers receive additional benefits such as bulk downloads, an ad-free experience within the portal, priority support, and other premium features described at the time of purchase. Premium features and pricing are subject to change; when changes are material we will provide notice to affected users where reasonably possible.

Payments, Subscription and Refunds

Premium features are provided through paid subscriptions or one-time purchases as described at checkout. By purchasing a premium subscription you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. Refund policies are stated at the point of sale; where refunds are offered they will be processed according to the policy in effect at the time of purchase. If a user downgrades to a free account, any premium expiry field for that account will be set to null and premium features will be suspended at the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated.

Account Access and Redirection

When a user is logged in, pages intended only for new signups (such as the Sign Up page) will be inaccessible and the user will be redirected to the home page or their dashboard. This behavior prevents duplicate account creation and helps users reach relevant content quickly.

Email & OTP Verification

Where email verification or One-Time Passwords (OTP) are used to secure accounts or verify user actions we will send these communications to the registered email address. Delivery of emails may depend on your email provider; please check spam or promotions folders if you do not receive expected messages. We use OTPs for account security, and the exact technical behavior (for example expiry timing) may be updated; any customer-facing statements in the product during signup will reflect the current behavior.
